Biography

Dr. Diego Aguilar Palacios joins DHR Health Urology Institute to provide specialized care in the male and female urinary tract and male reproductive organs utilizing minimally invasive techniques and robotic surgery. Urologic organs include the prostate, kidney, bladder, ureters, testicles, urethra and adrenal glands. Patients may have difficulty with urination, an enlarged prostate, elevated PSA, blood in the urine, tumors in the urinary tract, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction or may want a vasectomy.

Dr. Aguilar Palacios earned his medical degree from Universidad del Azuay Facultad de Medicina in Cuenca, Ecuador, and his general surgery and urology residency training at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a member of the American Urologic Association and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
